No one one sight. Fell behind. They cut my lock off. I paid. They won't remove their overlook so I can access my storage because they cut the lock of my unit. Won't schedule an appointment to take the overlock off. Won't tell me when someone can get there so I can access my storage. I'm "not allowed" to cut their lock off. Another storage unit that scams people. 2/3rds of the units have broken doors. You get what you pay for.
Super easy to rent and customer service is awesome
Super easy to sign up. Prices were clear (no surprises!) and I called customer service twice with questions and each time they were professional, helpful and quickly answered my questions! Highly recommend.
