Very helpful, patient, and explained everything clearly. Untill i went to move out my home from KO storage on county hwy J in Chippewa Falls Wisconsin. All my precious family for generation's antiques were water damaged from a leak from the roof, down the pressed wood wall and on to the cement floor. Puddled in the middle. Moldy small, mold found in 2 inch space between the wall and floor. I am so sad. I am now in the process of claim. Im glad i paid for Badger insurance. But that will not bring back my memories.
