There was a discrepancy with billing and they were more than accommodating to my concern and addressed it promptly. Thank you!
Aileen was very helpful when I couldn't get out of the gate properly. She was at the ready to help me
John was very helpful today and after my initial difficulty understanding him, very pleasant. He made sure to stay on the line until all parts of my business were performed and documentation completed.
She was super patient. I'm not "Tech" but she walked us through like a professional Pretty voice too
It was my pleasure to speak with Aileen this morning. I had a couple question for KO Storage and she provided me with the information that I needed in professional and expeditious manner. Definitely 5 stars! Thank You.
