Absolutely horrible experience\. I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone\. I had a serious rat infestation in my unit that resulted in damage to my belongings\. After dealing with this ongoing issue, I was told by an employee, Ms\. McDonald, that I would not need to make any additional payments and that the company would take over the unit and handle the belongings that were left behind\. Before that, I had made a payment on July 31st specifically so I could retrieve the remaining items that were still salvagea... read more
