I rented a unit in August of last year and just received my second rent increase already in less than a year. So I've gone from $84 to $139 in 10 months. It's difficult to get ahold of anybody, it took us three weeks to be able to even get in to our climate controlled unit because nobody gave us a code to the door and no one would answer the phones. Not to mention the main gate was broken and stuck wide open for months. Honestly, I'll be looking into other storage units.
