Joy, thank you for fixing my gate code few days ago. You were very wonderful to talk to.
I really liked that it was easy to rent a storage online and love the 60% promo. I don't like the fact that I have to purchase insurance to be able to rent a unit and the administration fee is too high! But they had great customerr service when I had problems logging into my account and was very helpful and quick
KO Storage has been wonderful. Their units are so clean and secure. And their people are so nice. I have rented from them since 2020. Will rent from them again in the future. You can’t get a better place than them. Bridgett was just so sweet and helpful. A really great person
Very polite and helpful thank you
