Iwas in need of a storge unit pretty quickly and found your units. Easy in and out and and its working out great for me. The customer service is wonderful and helpful. I was given the wrong address for the rental unit. when I found the rental unit it had a lock on it, not a green tag as I was told. I had a long phone conversation with Abrgail who provided me the correct address and a combination to the lock.
Bait and switch. Advertise one price and charge another. Do not inform you that they will bill on the first the following month regardless of when you move in. Charge you for insurance.
