Great service very professional Samuel was amazing and very courteous.
The website wouldn’t work, but called the number and Samuel helped me out and got everything sorted for me!
They placed a lock on our unit by mistake, and I spent three hours on the phone trying to get it removed. Their outsourced customer service in the Philippines repeatedly fell back on, “That’s what the computer says,” even though the computer was wrong because of their own clerical error. No ownership. No common sense. No one empowered to fix an obvious mistake. Responsibility outsourced, common sense replaced by a computer screen, and the we are left paying the price.
