Excellent service from Mrs. Juliet González from KO storage, she found a quick solution to my problem, and speaks Spanish which was very helpful, she explained the procedure and prices to me, they definitely need more people like her!
I wish I would have read the bad reviews sooner. My lock has been changed on my unit, and I am unable to get ahold of the property owner. Each time I call, they state they will let the owner know and they will call me. I have yet to receive a call, nor get a name of the property owner or direct contact info for them. NEVER RENT HERE.
