I have had a unit with them for several years and I would expect better service than what I’ve received. Apparently someone broke into my unit and what appeared to be other units. There is no staff on site and no one called me when it was discovered. I simply received an email. As directed, I placed a new lock on my unit, but was still denied access for days. If i could give this place 0 stars i would. I’ve had this unit for 2 weeks. It was broken into, things were stolen of high value, & my kids toys were stolen. They cut the lock completely off. After i was broken into i went to read the reviews again- someone else had been broken into not even 4 days prior to my break in. I go check the reviews after a few days & what do you know?
