okay you better not be going up 30% not for what I'm looking at that's absolutely ridiculous I don't even know if you have security there anymore you better have some kind of security for the price I'm paying if this doesn't get corrected I'm going to rent a U-Haul and go find another place I just gave you a 5-star rating I take it back after seeing those photos that is awful that's what we're paying for don't think so
Helpful in moving storage unit locations with minimal pain
I was upset about how my storage was the wrong size,but von the operater help me out and was patient with me,she gave me a map showing me the location of my storage,and ease all my troubles,thank you von
Would have been great, if they took care of the bug issue, but overall our items were safe, no weather issues, just a bug issue, if you hate spiders, roaches and crickets this isnt the place for you're items.
