He was very polite. Answered all my questions. Very nice and I sure would recommend them. Thank you so much, Gabriel
Gabriel was an absolute beast on patience. I asked so many questions. He well informed, cooperative, and helpful as Hell! That lad is a Gem! He took the whole phone call like a champ! Answered everything, and informed me the well as possible and the best as possible! Give that man a pay raise! ViP! Whatever! He’s masterclass! Thanks for the infos Gabriel, my man! 5 star only because there's no more options! I would give him 10 stars right away!
If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. Horrible customer service. Our until got broken into and things stolen. Lock cut and they put a red lock on the until so we could not access however they NEVER notified us to let us know it was broken into and called for two weeks with no success to have service to get red lock off. Our unit was one of many broken into. They still have not called us back once again to let us know anything Trash and junk all over the place plus weeds grown up everywhere
AJ was very helpful and professional. I appreciate your help
