They were very helpful over the phone and very detailed on the process of getting a storage unit.
Joy was very helpful and honest in explaining why my unit rate changed. She took the time to walk me through everything, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure I understood the reason for the increase.
Great location, and great service by the manager.
It's a storage unit not much to say they normally let you know when they are talking payment out Never got notice for June then got notice for July and price went up so I call and was told they sent out 2 notifications that it was going up but I never got them
