Both parties were very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Zero stars. Cant get a hold of anyone. Called several times. Made attempts to email several times and filled out contact form on website. Unable to get into my account to pay my bill and unable to troubleshoot "forgot password" to get into my account to pay bill. I emails to me saying my storage unit is being auctioned and is locked but not able to get a hold of anyone to pay up and get my belongings. I would NOT recommend renting a storage unit here.
