I just want to thank Andrew for being so helpfull and professional to make things easier and gets everything done right, also I want mansion Andrew is very very friendly person! I don't remember the name of maintenance guy but I want thank him for everything he does to keep KO Storage clean and properly working! Thank you very much! Highly recommend KO Storage!
Gaining initial access went so smoothly. Everything was clean and move in ready! The site seems very secure.
It was great service! Storage units are nice and clean! Thanks for letting us upgrade!
there are better options to go with, if you fall behind they automatically cut your lock off and then tell you they will not take theirs off till you have one on which is illegal, You can't speak to a supervisor directly and the customer service people are outsourced to a different country. The site manager can not be reached I could continue but I think you get the point
THANK YOU !!! Such a SMOOTH transition. Thank you, Yela, Isabela & Daniel!!! Great Team work. KO STORAGE IS AWESOME!
