Local Law Enforcement told me personally not even they would use this storage facility. ETA: Multiple light bulbs have been out for years--you'd think new management would address this. I'm a customer, not a staffer (there are never any staff on site--ever. At ANY of their locations. NONE!!!), but I'm willing to bet that countless electrical outlets are also out of order and in all likelihood, pose MAJOR fire risks. My 77 year old dad rented a unit and all his valueblys were stolen out of it while he was locked out of it. They are horrible and you can never talk to anyone. He has filled a poilce report.
KO Storage taken over by 10 Federal Storage - raised rent by ~40% for no reason, and only provides customer support via AI that can't understand my questions or provide real answers. No humans anywhere to be found behind this company's customer service. - Now my property is being held hostage behind an unreasonable rent increase and the burden of needing to move a ton of my property to avoid that increase. Something here feels predatory if not criminal.
