Shawn was Professional, and very helpful.
Excellent
Update 9/14 - Thank goodness for the manager who made an override to prorate our payment due to our horrible phone experience -- glad to report someone did the right thing eventually. A good move-in experience with KO Storage! Their prices were better than competitors, and the simplicity of renting a shed 100% online letting you see availability and pick the shed size and adding on insurance and signing the agreements made it fast and easy. All you'll need is a disc lock to fit the latch and you have yourself a secure shed. A special shout out to Gabrielle for great customer service, thank you!
