The facility is clean and any time I needed to call for whatever reason the people were always helpful. While scheduling my move out I spoke with Charl and she was super friendly, helpful and helped me in a timely manner. Moving out was simple and easy and I highly recommend renting here if you need a storage unit.
Never rent from this place unless you want your unit broken into and stolen. Place is trash. Not to mention you'll never find a employee in office or on site ever.
Very happy with our experience. We had a very difficult situation where we were taking over a unit from someone who created for us and we wanted NO CONTACT with them. And this place did everything they could to help us out. We wanted the unit for only a few months. Turned into 3 years. The manager there is so sweet. So nice. When we finally moved out all we had to do was leave the door unlocked and they knew.
