Good storage facility customer service is usually able to resolve my issues.
Von was very helpful. My payment for the unit declined a few days ago and Von told me it was fine to pay it today before any late fees hit. Thanks Von.
The facility is clean and any time I needed to call for whatever reason the people were always helpful. While scheduling my move out I spoke with Charl and she was super friendly, helpful and helped me in a timely manner. Moving out was simple and easy and I highly recommend renting here if you need a storage unit.
