The gentleman that I spoke with today was very helpful and concerned for my needs. My unit was open when they did a 24 hour check. They sent pictures which were very helpful. I have someone going to the unit this evening, but they said that they will check Again tomorrow and put an over lock on it for me at no charge. I don’t know of any self storage places that would do this. I am in another state and this is very reassuring. Thank you KO storage.
KO was so efficient and friendly! I was able to quickly lease a unit, and the communication at every step of the process was clear and well organized.
This is obviously a bait and switch company called to rent a unit got a " deal 57 a month they asked me if it wpuld be long term i said yes and i asked about the price and that it wont change like in a few months i was told no that tjat price would be good for a year then i would redo a contract so great set up auto payment boom second month tjey charge for insurance so we got our own insurance sent them police yet still getting charged oh and 3rd month i look at my bank statement and they not only took out for insurance aga... read more
