After about a year they will increase your rent , they wait until you get used to utilizing it then they increase the prices . Better storage units in republic with paved and concrete lots for less costs. Good ol bait and switch, low price to get you in then jack up the rent.
The customer service on the phone her name was Joy. She was very polite and kind and very very sweet over the phone. I highly recommend her service today.
They were absolutely wonderful, were able to get us a place for our camper. ASAP and when that spot didn't fit, they found a new spot which was a better spot.
