I went to the storage unit today for the first time and realized that I’d driven over broken glass in front of the unit next to mine! Not happy as I just spent $1000 last week on new tires! After speaking with the company to notify them on my way home she reassured me they would speak to facility management to have it cleaned up. I’ll be back in a couple days and will be more cautious about driving in from now on. If the glass hasn’t been cleared by then I’m going to call back and cancel.
Abigail and Jake are so great to work with . It took a lot of stress off this time in my life.
KO storage is a nice quiet place with excellent customer service. Employees always have a cheerful tone, extremely polite, patient and happy to help. Their Customer Service emloyees deserves a lot of appreciation.
Move in was easy! Move-out had a hiccup where my departure wasn't properly processed; John from the KO team answered my call and sorted things out perfectly. It's easy to give 5 stars when everything goes well--I'd like to point out that KO (and John specifically) had to work for these 5 stars and they earned them! Thank you!
It works thats all I can really say, not the best but not the worst
