I used to love Ko-Sho but it has gotten very run down. Went 9-27-08. Server was nice but food tasted funny. Sukiyaki looked old, was overcooked (used to let me cook it myself at the table). Worst of all, I took a friend who had never had Japanese food before and there were fruit flies and bugs all over her food. When I went to the restroom, they were all over the restroom too. \$70 for buggy food, can no longer recommend.

Didnt eat there but I called them to do take out and the person answering the phone was incredibly rude. Wont eat there.

This place is a few blocks from the Aronoff Center, off the beaten path so to say. The food was ok! it was not up to par with the likes of JoAn (in Ky.) or Mei (in Oh.) but in a pinch its not bad. The decor is a Mediterranean/Mexican style I guess from the last occupant and looked run down. If your downtown try Benihana instead.

We came from New York and stayed in downtown CIncinnati. As a sushi lover we would like to try some japanese food here but it was a terrible experience...sashimi was not fresh, Nigiri tasted weird...and the taco salad - dont even think about it. The restaurant is smelly and the decoration is kinda weird...and the price is pretty much the same as NYC...avoid it.

Hidden to most, this little sushi bar has always held a very special place in our hearts. The service is always helpful and with smile. They make you feel as if you belong there. The sushi is a delight. We have never had a roll or sashimi that we did not like. Everything was fresh and delicious. It is well worth the bit of discovery!
