Hired this company to replace my flat on my Glenolden property. I have been calling and emailing due to current leaks with no response. I was promised a 15yr warranty on roof for any problems. I have reached out to the borough with no feedback. I will next look to the BBB. Don’t stop for this headache

I’m sharing this message to help anyone who may have left a one-star review understand the situation. Sadly, Kevin passed away on July 21, 2023, which is why calls and emails may not have been returned.

KO roofing did a good job on the initial work. However after several calls, email, and text in trying to get a warranty claim after 2 years (15 year warranty promised), I have not heard back.. I am also concerned (like the other 1 star reviews) that Kevin will not honor his warranty. Would not recommend for that reason. Am willing to remove this if they respond to any of the attempts at communication…

Tried to get a hold of them for a leak in a new roof they put on 2 1/2 years ago tried 4 different times no replay tried calling no answer gave up. I would not waste your money once it done that is it they take your money and run.
