Everyone in the comments who’s sayin she has good variety good service, is woman that are not use you the weave and or hair game.(Which is fine) but if you know hair like many of us do, you would know it’s not a good variety!! Especially human hair. However I like the Chinese lady too.. lol but she needs to definitely UPGRADE AND STOP CHANGING HER HOURS! Open up when she say she will!! It’s low key ridiculous!!
This store is never open when they say they should be open. Google says they open at 10a, and their never open at that time. I'm really not even sure of the true story hours and at this point it's getting irritating and I would rather not have to ship at this store. Very inconvenient
The store is never opened now it use to be they were closed on Sunday and Monday now they closed Tuesday and don’t open to Wednesday Koko beauty already don’t have enough products we need but now they have the nerve to barely stay open it’s so many African Americans here in the city we need at least 4 more big beauty supplies that cater to our self care needs
