The worst customer service I've ever had! Ya they have cute product and pretty words and they will be your best friend when you're buying but once you leave the store with the product you are screwed. I love Hello Kitty and my mother bought me a purse from there that fell apart in the strap on my first day of using it. I am from out of town so I couldn't get it back to the store for 2 weeks.
