Great people, fantastic customer service. We highly recommend KO to anyone thinking about investing in flips. John sure does have a knack for these distressed buys and one heck of a keen sense on how to deck them out to get them sold fast.
Had the opportunity to do some refinishing work for John Kelly at KO INVESTMENTS. It was great working for him, upon completion of job he came to job site and paid us with no issues. Our family owned business appreciates opportunities like these.
These guys have very high expectations of quality. The owner of the company is on each job personally making sure it is being done right.
