On my recommendation, my mother went to your shop to have her recently-purchased used car inspected and worked on as needed. Gabriel did the inspection, and he clearly explained all aspects of the car’s situation with her. Even though she was just a little old lady with minimal needs, my mother was treated with great courtesy and professionalism, and became a loyal customer. Chalk up yet another one for K.O. Automotive!
We had to have both cars in to see Ken Olsen at KO Automotive. Both time the " Service Engine Soon" light came on. Headed to KO for help. Mr Olsen hooked up his little machine to our car and we needed sensors. Ordered our part, took the cars back in and in no time we are fixed and ready to go. Great service and super friendly. Thanks KO for helping us out. Have recommened KO to several friends.
This shop is everything you hope for: FAST, reasonably priced, and not trying to shove extra costs down your throat. I was in a bind a few weeks ago, with my locking actuator going out the morning before a big road trip. They were able to get me in, fix my car, and had me on the road on time. They have my business as long as I live in this area, and they should have yours too!
This is a great mechanic you can trust. He is an honest and a competent person that treats you right.
