I would like to HIGHLY RECOMMEND the service of Ko-Am Custom Tailor Shop. THE BEST!! I didn’t read any reviews for this company so my review is strictly based on FACTS. I highly recommend Ko-Am Custom Tailor Shop, for future reference because of their customer service, infinite subject matter expertise and downright GREAT moral compass was on full display. Kind both on the phone and in person. Honest and straight forward without making the customer feel unintelligent. However once you get there is another story. I came in to see about having 2 dresses that were too small in the bust tailored to fit me, and was told straight to my face that the dresses would "never fit" making me feel as though I was the problem. Do not come here! Actually the worst service. He lost my dress the first time. Then charged me $30 to hem a plain black dress 4inches. Not worth the money.

We used him for my daughters wedding dress after we went for 3rd fitting we noticed it was yellow on brides breast plates now can't use it.Asked for half my money back but he refused to work with me.stuck. no dress now.
