They're working over by my company I se Minneapolis and every time they screw up the road blocking off other people from getting to their job the people they have directing traffic don't know what they're doing I was sitting at the light where there was no traffic coming at all and I had a green light and they stopped me. You don't work for the city or law enforcement how do you get the block off the road to screw up other people from getting to work.
