Great Service I bought a walker, a bath chair and a back brace from this healthcare services store and found the staff to be outstanding. They were friendly, helpful, and took care of all the insurance details for me. They helped me pick out exactly the right items for my height, weight and the way I'd be using them. I got individual, undivided attention -- very rare these days. Unfortunately, they seem to have closed up shop. slow and uncooperative This review is for the Racine store. I had a prescription for walker, crutches and cane, but they refused to file an insurance claim for all three even though it was a covered benefit and they are an in network provider. The guy waiting on us was inexperienced and slow. The insurance filer was ignorant of procedures. It took them 90 min to process information that should have taken 10 min. We decided to go elsewhere and would not recommend them.
