I havent bought jewelry from here yet, but I have sold gold and silver jewelry here. The items were my personal things that I no longer had any use for. Knudson offered a great price and included the gemstones... and the purity if each piece in the amount. It is rare for stones to be included & not discarded or returned. I cannot even put into words how amazing this company is to work with. I went in a few weeks ago and Tammy was such a lovely person to work with. She took so much time with me as I looked at everything and couldn't make up my mind on my decisions. She wasn't pushy at all. She was so nice and encouraging and helpful. I didn't make a purchase that day as it is a big decision.
