I’ve been shopping at Knudson’s for years. But the first time I took my diamond and emerald watch in for a new battery, the woman there moved the hour hand in a strange position. My husband picked it up and didn’t notice. I did - immediately . I returned it for them to fix it and the man there tried twice, couldn’t do it, suggested it was like that all along. Now the hour hand at 11:00 looks like 10:30, 4:00 hour hand looks like 3:30. Such a nice watch that they ruined and I had to take elsewhere to get it set properly again... read more
