Was brought into this place by roomate Luis and my Bro Mark... about 3 years ago.. Kept on Gripping and nagging to them that there is NO WAY IN HELL I can EVER move my fat big BODY and do all the Boxing, Muay Thai, Tae bo- moves that they were doing.... OH... Knuckle up Training Center is the place to go for a great, results producing workouts. I mainly go for the Tae-Bo classes, although there are many other classes and options to choose. I have lost weight,toned up,and went down 2 pants sizes while having FUN at the same time. Believe me, the workouts are not easy, but A.J. and his staff are the best.
