I was there to pick up a pizza in May ordered chicken and garlic gave me a meat pizza which we threw out when got home and realized it. Called they said they had it there and I live 25 min away. So they told me they would give me a free one to replace it. So I called tonight and told them about it and ordered replacement pizza. When I got there they could not find my name on the replacement list and made me feel like a criminal . Bottom line will never go back and they don't treat their customer right.

Mr. Canman, we are so very sorry for the confusion last night. Unfortunately, I was out of town and my manager was unfamiliar with the newer program we have for our customer information. It was a busy time and I believe he just got very frustrated with not knowing the program. It was never anyone's intention to make you feel uncomfortable and I do hope you accept our apologies and I appreciate your time. I had a 60th Birthday party for my dad at Knuckles. Ryan and his staff, especially our waitress, Cecilia, we're amazing! Very accommodating and went out of their way to make things special for us. Impeccable service. Great pizza and knots. Thanks so much for everything and I would recommend your place for any event or to grab some fantastic food with great people and atmosphere.

The best BBQ chicken pizza in town and the knuckle knots are amazing! The new expanded Bar and dining area is awesome much more needed room !
Service wasn't very good....waitress didn't clear any of our plates... you have to get a new one each time you go up to the buffet so they all stacked up all over the table... no drink refills... gave us the bill and never came back for us to pay, so we took it up front after waiting for her to come back...not impressed with the service at all...
