I purchased a hot tub from KNS in 2022 and they have been servicing the unit ever since. My tub is in a short term rental unit and KNS always checks the tub after each tenant, so I've had no complaints since I switched to KNS. Also, as a chemical engineer who specializes in water treatment, I appreciate the straight info I get from Kevin without a lot of hyped up chemistry BS I've received from other companies. Customer service is excellent. I would highly recommend KNS for new purchases and service.
Can’t say enough great things about KNS. We started service with them for our rental property and they’ve kept it in great shape. We ran into an issue with our heating element one weekend and the owner personally came out on a Sunday to troubleshoot for us. Great customer service!
Service must be the core of their hearts and the KNS Hot Tubs business, whether selling you hot tub items or doing repairs. What kind and gentle people who give generously of their time and expertise.
I recently purchased a spa from KNS Hot Tubs and the experience couldn't have been better. Great price, amazing service, both Kevin and Jason were great to work with. Delivery and installation were quick and I have been loving my hot tub!
