Can't say enough good things about this company. We looked for a couple years for a hot tub and found a good product at a reasonable price here, finally. The customer service is first class, and they made sure to have a large team of guys to deliver our hot tub when were a little unsure how they would get it to our backyard. Jason had great communication and we are overall very happy. Thank you!
I purchased a hot tub from KNS in 2022 and they have been servicing the unit ever since. My tub is in a short term rental unit and KNS always checks the tub after each tenant, so I've had no complaints since I switched to KNS. Also, as a chemical engineer who specializes in water treatment, I appreciate the straight info I get from Kevin without a lot of hyped up chemistry BS I've received from other companies. Customer service is excellent. I would highly recommend KNS for new purchases and service.
Can’t say enough great things about KNS. We started service with them for our rental property and they’ve kept it in great shape. We ran into an issue with our heating element one weekend and the owner personally came out on a Sunday to troubleshoot for us. Great customer service!
