Went on a birthday gift mission to find a chain for an old mother Mary pendant that was my father’s. Guy behind counter was super helpful with picking out a chain and polished the pendant to make it sparkle. He even modeled it for me!!!! Definitely will go back.
Katy and the crew are fantastic! She worked with me to surprise my wife with a custom white Gold and Moss Agate ring. She even found a ring setting that fit exactly what I was looking for. Best of all my wife loved it! She and her husband also made us feel like friends... not just another customer... and they spent time to make our kids feel important too! KNS reshaped it in a few minutes, cleaned it up a little and made it sparkle again. I walked out of there wearing my wedding ring again. And she didn't charge me for the services.
