Absolutely amazing service and product advice. I won't be going anywhere but KNS for all brake related products. So personable and patient in understanding what I needed and gave me excellent advice. Thank you for your help!
Ordered a set advertised for $358 (4 rotors + 4 pads) placed the order and only received the rotors. Called KNS, was told the advertised price was incorrect, and the best they could do was to not charge me tax and I would still have to purchase pads separately, or return the rotors for a refund. Fix the website and remove the false advertising.
Ken gave great advice and recommendations for pads and rotors. Purchase and delivery were good.
I cannot thank KNS enough for the excellent customer service (Nan) provided. I was in a tight spot as I needed a specific pad for my race car. Not only did she understand , but she went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed I ordered that day before lunch and it looks like it will be in my possession tomorrow! I will 100% be giving them all of my business going forward.
Great service, willing to go the extra mile to help their customers.
