I was quite surprised with the cost for a simple repair of a grounding/earthing clamp. I wasn’t told the electrician would be coming from Halifax, especially since Google lists the business as located in Valley. I chose this company thinking they were local, but then travel time and fuel were added to the bill, which doesn’t feel reasonable. I had expected the job to be closer to $100 based on the hourly rate and parts, but was charged $225. Transparency about location and pricing upfront would have been appreciated.
By far , the worst customer service experience. Ryan was extremely rude, disrespectful and dismissive when I called. Based on how he answered the phone …. He does not deserve my business.
