Great place, very reliable and honest. I got my radiator done here and it comes with a warranty. Katy and Rick are very friendly. Would come back if vehicle has other issues.
Rick managed to get a new battery for our imported Smart ForTwo for a reasonable price. Good to have a reliable garage in the neighborhood in Long Island City.
We’ve come to KNR for body work, state inspections, and general tune-ups—Kate and Rick always perform high quality work with very fair pricing. On top of that, they’re lovely people! Glad to have such a fixture in the neighborhood.
Came for a routine check and had some concerns around rust damage on the car. Rick did a thorough tour of the car with me and helped me reassure me that all was good - fantastic service! Will come again :)
