Instead of paying 3000 and change for my car repairs.. Rick from knr helped me along the way to the point I paid only a fraction of what I had to pay.. I have a dodge charger 2022 and I blew my differential.. and insurance wanted to charge 2500.. Rick helped me to the point I paid nothing near that.. great shop and great family service work
Kate and her team are the best in the area. Fast, reliable, friendly, honest. They did an exceptional job with a paint job I needed after a hit and run.
This is such a nice family owned business. It can be difficult to find an auto body shop that you feel you can trust in NYC. At KNR it felt like they treated me as if I was a part of the family. Car was fixed quickly and looks good as new. I will 100% be coming back for any of my future needs.
I've been going to Rick and Kate for 10+ years for oil changes, inspection, brakes, tune ups etc. and just had some body work done. Fantastic job as usual. They are truly the best. Honest, responsive and do great work.
These guys are great. They helped me through the whole insurance process when my car was damaged while it was parked. They also worked hard to get me the car back as soon as possible and they did a great job.
