This is such a nice family owned business. It can be difficult to find an auto body shop that you feel you can trust in NYC. At KNR it felt like they treated me as if I was a part of the family. Car was fixed quickly and looks good as new. I will 100% be coming back for any of my future needs.
I've been going to Rick and Kate for 10+ years for oil changes, inspection, brakes, tune ups etc. and just had some body work done. Fantastic job as usual. They are truly the best. Honest, responsive and do great work.
These guys are great. They helped me through the whole insurance process when my car was damaged while it was parked. They also worked hard to get me the car back as soon as possible and they did a great job.
The mechanic arrived late, seemed rushed, and left grease stains on my driveway. Not what I expected from a paid service.
The repair worked for a couple of days, then the same issue came back. When I contacted them, they ignored my calls.
