I took my car here for a simple oil leak, and they made it worse. Now I have more problems than before. They never answer calls or take responsibility for their mistakes. I regret ever trusting them.
KNR is my go-to spot for all vehicle needs. Kate and Rick are a great team, family run, and are honest people. All repairs and inspections have come out quick and always fixed. I recommend KNR to everyone that brings up any vehicle issues, no matter the borough. Highly recommend!
KNR Auto is hands down the best mechanic I’ve ever worked with in NYC. We have been going to Rick for five years with our Toyota Prius. Look no further!! We moved to brooklyn two years ago and we still get our car towed all the way here because yes; they are that good!
