Everytime I go into this branch my Anxiety and Stress goes thru the roof. I hate to sound or act like a jerk but everytime it seems like there is a issue on how and why they can't help me. If I go to another branch its never a issue. I've had fraud and various other issues and I always have to esculate the issues to get them resolved by corporate or another branch. It's sad because this is my closest branch. Not sure what they did to the App there is no longer a pin to log in and it's extremely hard to transfer money. All th... read more

Update: Tight, I enjoy being able to pay my bills. Still a low-end app, and I’m not raising the stars too much because what an unnecessary hassle, but getting a response from anyone at all at this point is cathartic enough to at least edit this review.

They “updated” their app, removing all of my information and removing the ability to pay my loan through another bank. Calling in gets you nowhere. Absolute dog water of a bank. Avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid. Will be moving away from them as much as possible as soon as possible.

General not good if you get a loan and move out of state. It’s became impossible for me to change my name on my title for my car. The agent I spoke to name Kathy in the retention department was rude and talked to me like I was idiot. Stating they wasn’t going to just mail me the title. I never asked for that. I only did what the state DMV told me to do. Which was get them to mail the title to them. And then she told me no they have to request it. Wouldn’t be so mad if she didn’t talk to me like I was stupid. Do better.
