I am posting this for those of you who think being a member that the CU is looking out for you, well you're wrong. I changed to TVA CU a couple of years ago and at first I was thrilled, since then not so much. Now I will be changing again. They mistakenly put some random person on our bank account by misspelling my name and not checking or realizing the ssn was different. Luckily it was a child, but they had access to thousands of dollars and that could've ended horribly. DO BETTER
Everytime I go into this branch my Anxiety and Stress goes thru the roof. I hate to sound or act like a jerk but everytime it seems like there is a issue on how and why they can't help me. If I go to another branch its never a issue. I've had fraud and various other issues and I always have to esculate the issues to get them resolved by corporate or another branch. Update: Tight, I enjoy being able to pay my bills. Still a low-end app, and I’m not raising the stars too much because what an unnecessary hassle, but getting a response from anyone at all at this point is cathartic enough to at least edit this review.
They “updated” their app, removing all of my information and removing the ability to pay my loan through another bank. Calling in gets you nowhere. Absolute dog water of a bank. Avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid. Will be moving away from them as much as possible as soon as possible.
