Went to cash some bonds to pay rent. It turned out it was members appreciation day so i got some free stuff but the teller was rude to me. I cant think of the word to describe her it was just the tone in which she spoke to me. Very dismissive. Im not sure if she was just having a bad day or was frustrated because she didnt know how to cash the bonds but it left a very sour taste in my mouth. Like its literally members appreciation day and ur acting like u dont want me here. Made an ORNL account the next day
I have never had so many problems with using a bank app in my life. I haven’t been able to access my cards through the app to unlock them so I’m unable to use my card. This has been going on for three days now. And this is since they “updated” their app. It’s ridiculous.
