Had to go into the bank today and was helped with my problems with speed, kindness, and efficiency by Johnathon. He has excellent customer service skills and was extremely helpful for me today!!! Much appreciated!!
I Like the bank only thing is, I wish their ATMs would stop taking Cash. I work late so sometimes I’m not able to make it when they are open. Also would like to have a 24 hour notice for overdraft fees before they charge but I understand they’re a nonprofit bank.
