It very happy with them. My husband passed away and he had a loan with them. He also had insurance to pay the whole loan if he passed away. A few days after his passing I went to tell them to start the claim. I was given the ok, that it would be taken care of. It’s been over a month. I sent an email to ask about it. I revived a very rude response to tell me to contact the bank that actuality pays the insurance. If I had known that I would have considered that bank to begin with. I have been a member with TVA for many years. The customer service has gotten worse and worse as the years go by in the branches. I came to the branch 40 minutes before close. Not ideal, but sometimes life is life and that’s the only time you get. They obviously didn’t want to help me with my loan application because they didn’t want to be there past 5. I was redirected to do it online, and told I couldn’t do this for my husband, even though I had came in a couple months prior for my husband and they let me do what we needed... read more
I have been with the Credit union for several years and the Greenway location in by far my absolute favorite location to visit. ALL the tellers and staff are awesome there. They are always nice and cheerful, and are the most helpful people within the Credit union's operations, by far. They all deserve big raises, and free margaritas!!!!!
