I think it's ridiculous that they are closed on Black Friday.I am at a stand still can't do anything because my card i can't use been shut down.They tell you call customer service you can't get in touch with them.I am probably going to switch credit union.I don't like this at all.I be switching more likely.People needs banking services on Black Friday.This is terrible

Careful when choosing TVA as your primary financial institution. If they detect fraud on your account they will shut your card down almost immediately. I get that this sounds like a good thing until this happens when you're at a gas station on empty with your infant daughter and have to wait in an unfamiliar location for over 6 hours till you nearest relative could come and assist you.
