Careful when choosing TVA as your primary financial institution. If they detect fraud on your account they will shut your card down almost immediately. I get that this sounds like a good thing until this happens when you're at a gas station on empty with your infant daughter and have to wait in an unfamiliar location for over 6 hours till you nearest relative could come and assist you. I have always made payments two or three months ahead of the due date; for some reason, you are charging me a late fee on a payment due on 10/26/23 that was cashed by TVA CU on 9/18/23! Have you no shame? Why are you charging me a late fee on a payment that was made more than a month ahead of the due date. I guess you are just as bad as any given bank! SHAME ON YOU! Management knows what they are doing at this location! We came in to open a new account, and it was an absolute breeze. They got us in quickly, explained everything very well, and were very kind. 5 Stars!
