If I could give tva a negative star I would. I have been battling for years trying to keep an account here. Between the overdraft fees, because they take at least three days for a money transfer even though it's a wire. They charge you for literally using your card! Trying to get a hold of someone forget it. Then, don't even get me started on the fact that things pending for days. It'll literally is useless to use their online banking. I think it's ridiculous that they are closed on Black Friday.I am at a stand still can't do anything because my card i can't use been shut down.They tell you call customer service you can't get in touch with them.I am probably going to switch credit union.I don't like this at all.I be switching more likely.People needs banking services on Black Friday.This is terrible
