I had estimates from the big high pressure sales companies. The prices were high and the selection was limited. Most did only the tub to shower. As far as prices go… I don’t know. I had some estimates thar were cheaper but they didn’t explain things and didn’t tell us that the pipes needed to be a different size in a certain area. I can’t remember exactly what but he wanted us to know every detail. Not a hard sales pitch and answered every question we had in detail. I thought he was a salesman when he came out but he does the installation. On time and started and completed project on schedule. Drop cloths throughout house, and cleaned up after themselves. Knoxville Tub and Shower was by far the best of all the bathfitters I quoted. They were on time for both the quote and the installation with good communication up to the time of the meeting. The better part was there pricing was lower and the product better than the others. What I liked the most was that the person who provided the quote was the same person to do the install. My 80 year old mother was no longer able to use the standard tub/shower any longer. I began a search on Google to find someone local. I called Knoxville tub to shower and the salesman John responded pretty quickly. I explained our situation and he told me what they had and answered all of my questions. After receiving several quotes to have my bathroom remodeled with a new vanity, walk in shower and flooring I decided to go with Knoxville tub to shower conversions. I like the new waterproof flooring and febo shower conversion and we decided to go with the febo panels as an accent on the vanity wall that matches the shower conversion.
