I had estimates from the big high pressure sales companies. The prices were high and the selection was limited. Most did only the tub to shower. Jack did the most incredible job on my tiny horrible bathroom. He exceeded my expectations. My bathroom now looks like something out of a magazine. He used all the best of every product that was available. It started with a total reconstruction of my shower that was unusable to a complete remodel. The price was extremely fair, as my bathroom was a total gut job. Knoxville Tub and Shower was by far the best of all the bathfitters I quoted. They were on time for both the quote and the installation with good communication up to the time of the meeting. The better part was there pricing was lower and the product better than the others. What I liked the most was that the person who provided the quote was the same person to do the install. As far as prices go… I don’t know. I had some estimates thar were cheaper but they didn’t explain things and didn’t tell us that the pipes needed to be a different size in a certain area. I can’t remember exactly what but he wanted us to know every detail. Not a hard sales pitch and answered every question we had in detail. My 80 year old mother was no longer able to use the standard tub/shower any longer. I began a search on Google to find someone local.
