Today was just another reminder of how far customer service has fallen at some of these county offices. It feels like there are two groups: the favorites who know everyone, and everyone else who gets treated like they’re an inconvenience. I’ve seen people spoken to with disrespect time after time, whether it’s downtown, Norris, or other county offices I’ve visited.
