This is a review of the intake at KOC Powell. I'm sure they're all the same process. We are 67. We have cancer, hip replacement, knee replacement, multiple surgeries. We have been a patient since since 1984. They have our history. We were last here in 2025, 6 months ago. We had to stand up at a kiosk and fill out multiple pages of the same information we completed last visit. Only after I started loudly fussing did anyone offer to help. The process is cumbersome and ridiculous. Do Better KOC
THIS COMPANY DOES NOT VALUE ANYONE ELSES TIME !! MY DAUGHTER HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT 1:50 AND WASNT SEEN TIL AFTER 4. ONLY RECEIVED A 5 MINUTE VISIT FOR THE DOCTOR AND LEFT AT 4:17. THE MOST UNPERFESSIONAL AND UNAPOLOGETIC COMPANY . DID NOT APOLOGIZE OR EVEN SHOW CONCERN. WASTED MY DAUGHTERS WHOLE DAY BECAUSE SOMEONE DOESNT KNOW HOW TO SCHEDULE OR RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS.
