My whole family HAD a great experience here for +6 years (great doctor and staffs). BUT NOT ANY MORE since ~last year due to a terrible front desk employee. Not patient, nor friendly, nor considerate at all! Just 2 examples here: (1) As we have changed to an HBO insurance that they do not accept (that's fine), and we still want see doctor here paying with our pocket $. I visited this location and the front desk service was terrible. I can't speak to the work of the dentist since I didn't get anything done. The front desk was supposed to contact me with information. I even reached out to them several times and was told that they would have someone call me back. That never happened. No email and no call back. I have found another dentist office that returns phone calls and provides information when asked.
