Worst bus system for a major city ever! Long timed waits on the route. Crappy operating hours! Drivers either drive like maniacs or so damn slow that you always have to wait 30-60 minutes for a connecting bus. And the drivers are rude as heck. Customer service is seriously lacking. Sketchy people allowed to hang out at the terminal. Today, the 705pm bus at Walmart @ Walker Springs didn't show up until 718pm. And you think that they could figure out how to change the recording on the damn phone, but no. Nuff said.
