Le doy 5 estrellas, me encanta mi departamento, yo veo que siempre limpian las áreas verdes ,laa administración es amable ,el departamento es grande, recomende a dos amigos y actualmente 1 ya se esta mudando a knox ,lo unico que pediria que areglen las pistas ,pero de ahi yo me siento contenta de vivir en Knox .
I currently live in Knox Village, and I honestly cannot recommend this place to anyone. I’m writing this from a dummy account because the property manager here has a reputation for wrongfully evicting tenants who speak out or leave negative reviews. Here are just a few of the major issues: 1. Poor Maintenance – The property is not well cared for. Trash is often scattered in various areas around the complex. 2. unrepaired, unpainted road, full of holes, ugly apartments, in short, anyone who wants to rent just has to go and see how ugly the place is.
