Oh boy, where to even start! What an absolutely terrible experience. Bad customer service and poor quality work. These guys did more damage to my house than they fixed. I called Knox because of all the good reviews. I think the good reviews are for the Lafayette Branch and not the Indianapolis Branch. I get the impression that the Indy Branch is a new addition. A wind storm did enough damage to our roof and gutters to require a full replacement. I got a couple quotes and Knox wasn’t the cheapest but I went with them because ... read more
They don't communicate well prior to the work being quoted and then, again, when they are coming to your house to do the work. Also, the quote was overpriced for the work that was to be done. The people they used to do the work were very good, which is why I gave them three stars instead of one
