I'd like to give 5 stars for this review. 95% of a great job was done. The day of the install the team worked long hours in the heat and almost everything was perfect. I was promised a phone call prior to a close out visit on Friday to check for any issues. Instead, someone else showed up unannounced and did a quick once over and handed me the bill. Very satisfied from start to finish.
I had a few shingles that were bowed up. I called Knox for an inspection and Ryan came out the day and time scheduled. He was was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He repaired the shingles on the spot and inspected the rest of the roof. I couldn't have asked for any better service. Thank you Ryan and Knox Roofing. I will for sure have you replace the roof when the time comes.
I was very unsure of what I was going to do when a tree unexpectedly fell on the roof of my house. Thankfully, EVERYONE I spoke with at Knox Services was patient, knowledgeable, and kind! They walked me through every step of my roof replacement, and waited patiently for the insurance claim check. Everyone on this team was professional and courteous. I’ve gotten several quotes on replacing my roof. Sales person came out and explained in detail what products they use and went over warranty. I received a quote the next day. We scheduled the roof replacement and of course rain postponed it twice. Rescheduling was not a problem. The crew came out and knocked it out within 6-7 hours and the also blew in insulation in the attic. Several Knox crew leaders came out and check on progress throughout the day.
