Beware of Knox Roofing. After many complaints to Warren Knox of rude and unprofessional business practices and no reply, I published my complaints. Only then did I receive a reply from Knox Roofing, ridiculing my complaints, justifying the bad behavior, and threatening retaliation if I did not shut up. We recently had Knox Roofing tackle our 25+ year old roof. We received a quick appointment (within 3 days) and a very fair estimate. We obtained several other quotes from local businesses as well as from a local big box store (a total joke, but that's another review) which actually were fair but all were more expensive except one and/or not clear in their appraisals. Knox Roofing gets excellent marks for their sales team and administrative personnel. The tear off crew and installers were excellent. The field supervisor was excellent in managing the job. Finally, the clean up also did a great job. Need I say more? Thank you!
