I'm confused with all the negative reviews. I've been with them for 3 years now. When I applied my credit was under 650 and I got approved immediately. Staff are great. Sorry you all had negative experiences.
I rented a house from Judy and when we moved out I took pictures to show her because for some reason they didn't do any kind of walk through. She said wow it looks cleaner than when you moved in. My deposit was 1200 I received $28 of that back. I would never rent anything from this business
I've worked as a vendor for them for the last 4 years and I have no complaints. Any time I was in the office the were very professional and handled tenants and owners first. I love working for this company.
