Absolutely disgusted at the level of care given to my husband during his recent stay. The use of trainee nurses and agency nurses left my husband neglected, unheard, anxious and in pain. Do not use this hospital.
What an absolutely awful experience!!! Buzzers and beepers smashing your brain all day!! When you can’t move away from them, it’s so overwhelming for anyone with sensory challenges. At every stage possible, a single room was requested, but no. After 5 hours spent in recovery with beepers squealing from most beds, I was moved to a shared room with the call buzzer just outside the room. Don’t use this hospital if you have sensory challenges. Mostly nice people.....but the loudest staff at night in any hospital ive ever been in. Horrible when feeling unwell.
