Worst hospital I have been. Upstairs rooms were old and they use alcoholic sprays with perfumes. I have COPD and ashtma and they wont let me leave even though i had severe allergic reactions The rooms had poor ventilation. I vomited twice with all my dinner. The senior Asian nurse also gave a threatening cold stare like she is going to hurt someone. Was very sick abd they left me waiting for a bed for a long time when I was going to faint which they could just change the bedsheets in 1 min. Its not private hospital standards... read more
If you’re in for a day procedure, you will not be updated on what’s happening and neither will your next of kin. No effort was made by the nurses to contact or inform my partner post-procedure. As someone who works in a hospital myself, I understand the standards of care and the basic necessity of collaborative care that needs to involve the patient and their family. Nasty hospital. Absolutely pitiful nurses, who could not care less about their job, let alone their patients. Patients in significant amounts of pain, and they aren't laughing, intentionally pressing in painful areas just to prove a point. I am not writing this comment out of spite, but rather because this demonstrates an exceptional level of incompetency and apathy that should never be displayed in the Healthcare industry. Lovely hospital, good nurse to patient ratio Just wish it had more food shops but if that’s my concern it’s a pretty good place - no issues with treatment received
I thought Mandy has a disgusting attitude especially considering dealing with elderly grandmother who is sick and needed abit of empathy. They should really provide her with some good customer service training. She was genuinely appalling and Knox really has to rethink who they have been the first ones on call dealing with sick and stressed patients. Should be ashamed actually be better Mandy.
