I had a hernia procedure but unfortunately suffered urine retention after surgery. They put me in the Delamere ward for 2 nights. The private room given was spacious and quiet; it even got the mountain view. All nurses were very caring, which made me feel less stressed. One particular nurse, Jamie, is an absolute star in my experience. Jamie is very switched on, diligent, and responsive, and she really does provide fantastic care. I know she is a very good listener. I couldn't have asked for more. Thanks a million!

Just got home after a 2 day stay, from the minute I walk in to the time I left everyone were so caring, admins, theatre staff, recovery, you were all amazing and especially thankyou Waratah nurses you are true angels 💚

Not happy as being attacked by a staff member when I was about to visit my mum in isolation I just came back after having a coffee on the corridor because a nurse advised me that I must wear a mask at all times Then staff member told me that if I don't wear a mask I must go home to protect the other patients I told her I was wearing a mask whilst in my mums room I felt violated the way she spoke to me I don't this when we are already going through enough stress

They will charge you a standard excess from your health insurer. Then they will proceed to charge you any tests that have been done. Fair enough. But then they will send you separate invoices weeks later for things that should have been charged on the day!
