Super unprofessional, nurse did not know what she was doing half the time, very alarming. Think she has some sort of mental health problem as she acts in appropriately weird behaviour that certainly impacts patient help and safety, so she should not be working there. My wife has been recently admitted to the CCU of this wonderful hospital after a few hours in Emergency. We have only praise for the most caring and kind nurses at the CCU. The CCU managers Olivia and Ian have done their very best to get for my wife a room with a special overhead hoist system to make transfers easier for her. As my wife's hospital stay fell on the date of our 48th wedding anniversary we felt happy enough to celebrate it in Hospital. This review is specifically for the ICU staff. I visited with my mother today (10th July 2026). My 91 year old mother was visiting her closest friend of 60 years in the ICU. The compassion, respect and overall excellence we experienced was next level. The rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of seating available. Mum left knowing that her lifelong friend was being treated with dignity in her final days.
That woman that works there Julie Harvey is as nasty as a person could ever possibly be!
