Mr. Fred Martin was the pest control representative that serviced our house this past Friday. He enlightened us on all the things that he was going to be doing and we must say that this is the very first time that we have received such a thorough service and greatly appreciate it. Hopefully he will remain our service representative in the future as we now feel we are getting the service that we have been paying for since August, 2022.
David is our Knox Technician, he’s excellent and has an incredible knowledge about pest and pest control. He’s never in a rush always willing to discuss any concerns. He’s should have a PhD for ( pest hunting doctor). Ask for David he’s the best and Knox should certainly know what a tremendous asset they have in this employee.
A Knox Pest Control representative came to my home on June 05, 2026. The name of the representative was Kenneth. I had a swarm of winged termites that needed to be addressed. Kenneth introduced himself, stated what services were going to be performed, and walked me through all the details once the job was complete. This guy knew what he was doing.
