I accidentally called this number, thinking it was the rooms of the surgeon who is currently treating me. The woman who answered was incredibly rude, abrupt, and unnecessarily hostile. It was an honest mistake, yet I was met with an attitude that was both unprofessional and disrespectful. If you deal with the public, basic courtesy and communication skills are essential. This interaction left a very poor impression and reflects a serious lack of customer service standards.
I saw Dr Selvarajah for advice/review of a pretty debilitating ankle sprain after being discharged from an ED with little idea of what the next steps were. Unlike the doctors I had seen public (of course with different time constraints etc), he took the time to respond to the concerns I had which made a big difference to my return to function/studies etc. I mostly likely will not need surgery but he examined me and explained the future step essentials clearly to me which I’m very grateful for. I cant speak for all their doctors but i was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED with my who experience of seeing MR CRAIG DONOHUE. I was recommended to see him from my Dr and my first impression of him was correct he gave off a "used car salesman" vibe, i agreed to the surgery and was given a date to be there i received an email telling me the date but no time and the email said i had to pay $500 before the surgery but no invoice or bank details or way to pay them ...... the day before the surgery i received a text telling me again i had ... read more
In August 2023 I had my left knee replacement, Mr Ma made me feel I was in capable hands, everything went smoothly, and 8 months later my knee is feeling great. I am having my right knee replaced in May, I am extremely pleased with the kindness and treatment I received from Mr Ma and his staff, nothing was too much trouble. I am a very grateful lady.
